Jayco Family of Companies is looking for our 2025 Pathfinders!

If you have passion for travel, love your RV and have an undeniably unique RV lifestyle, apply to become a Jayco Family of Companies' Pathfinder. As true pioneers and pathfinders of the authentic RV lifestyle, you are in the unique position to offer a genuine depiction of the different segments that come together to build an exclusive RV community. Through you, your stories and the compelling content you create, you’ll elevate our brands while strengthening your own, increasing followers, inspiring RVers and establishing yourself as leaders and experts in the RV world.

Content requirements are based on the strengths of the person, but could include: written blogs, photography, short-form videos (i.e. vertical videos), Instagram takeovers, social posts (Instagram and Facebook), event attendances, PR opportunities (i.e. written content for various publications, phone interviews, etc) and more.
If you are currently an Ambassador for another outdoor brand, we still encourage you to apply!

REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A JAYCO FAMILY OF COMPANIES' PATHFINDER

YOU MUST OWN AN RV OR MOTORHOME FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING BRANDS WITHIN JAYCO FAMILY OF COMPANIES

- Starcraft RV
YOU MUST BE ACTIVELY RVING
YOU MUST BE OPEN TO PR OPPORTUNITIES

What it Means to Be a Pathfinder

This is more than just a content or social program! We want to invest in our Jayco Family of Companies’ Pathfinders as people and truly help them grow a deeper passion for RVing.

Utilize your own platforms, channels and organizations to be a consistent advocate for the Jayco Family of Companies and the broader RV community.
Become an expert in all things Jayco Family of Companies, including company initiatives, values, mission statement and various marketing campaigns.
Engage with and help highlight Jayco Family of Companies' content and fellow ambassadors.
Create a variety of multimedia content (social, written, video, photography, etc.) throughout the year that showcases and supports the RV lifestyle.
Be an active representative of the Jayco Family of Companies’ brand.
Showcase your creativity and range across different social and content platforms.
Grow and extend your own audience reach through media and PR across Jayco Family of Companies’ social and digital platforms.
Have a direct line to Product Development teams.
Join us at exclusive events and shows.
Have the ability to upgrade or purchase NEW at a discounted rate.
