FUN FACTS ABOUT CASSIE AND JOSH

Q: What is your favorite National Park and why?

A: My favorite National Park has been Yellowstone, since the first day we visited. The bright colors of the rainbow speckled throughout the entirety of the park. The mystery behind old faithful and its predictable eruptions coming in intervals allowing us to watch as it sores to the sky. Unlike The Steamboat Geyser known as old unreliable, never knowing when it will erupt.
The deep colors of the Grand prismatic spring let me in complete awe and just the overwhelming peace of the park in itself was enough to be a favorite of mine.

Q: What is something that always lifts your spirits?

A: The peace that can come from RV life is something I'd never experienced before. So many different facets of this lifestyle can lift my spirits instantly.
Sometimes it's finding a beautiful hidden gem, a remote location with rolling red rocks beyond the dry landscape of BLM land out west. Where the lively green looks so much brighter against the red contrast. Just us, our little family, out in the middle of nowhere with the stars brighter than any summer night in upstate NY that I'd seen growing up. No one in sight, just rocks and adventure lying ahead of us for miles and miles, the kids building some sort of fort, the dog running freely protecting the invisible barrier he's created as "our area"
True freedom out there boondocking with no hookups, no sound and light pollution, just true quality time with our little home on wheels giving us the ability to have a new backyard and change of scenery when the chaos and business of the last city left us all warn out from the exciting hustle and bustle of life.
Once we're ready to move on, we've consumed enough of this locations beauty and quietness that we needed for a recharge, heading to a new adventure, but with friends. One's we've met along our travels all around the country, ready for the next adventure, without knowledge of every detail, just knowing it's together, making memories, exploring, adventuring... togetherness.
That is what lifts my spirits.

Q: Why do you love your RV?

A: Our RV gives us sanctuary and rest. When our backyard changes so frequently, having that consistency of the same bed every night, having our home with us everywhere we go, makes it so much more than just an RV for us, it's a home. We have a son with medical needs and traveling can be pretty difficult without having our home with us. This gives us freedom while also exploring and adventuring together. Our RV gives us routine, familiarity, and freedom wrapped up in one.
