The Takacs family seeks out stunning scenes, interesting slot canyons, alpine lakes and every natural feature in-between. These long-time tent campers began pursuing their dreams in true comfort in 2015, when they switched to RVing with Jayco—and they have never looked back.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ALISON AND JASON

Q: What is your favorite thing about being a weekend warrior?

A:  After an incredibly busy week with school, work, sports, and band, there's nothing quite like getting a quick recharge from a weekend RV trip. It gives us a chance to reconnect as a family and slow down for just a bit before it all begins again.

Q: What is your favorite place to visit in your RV?

A:  We will gladly take any quiet campground with open views of dark skies. Astrophotography and stargazing are so much better when there is no light pollution.

Q: What is your favorite National Park and why?

A:  Yosemite is our favorite national park for a couple of reasons. Jason loves it because it was the first place he ever went camping and got him into the hobby, while Alison enjoys the access to all the great hiking destinations in the Sierras.

The Takacs love to find the darkest skies to capture the best astrophotography!
